Key client information is treated with confidentiality and the progress on the search process is closely guarded. Care and discretion will be followed in disclosing client’s information to the candidates. In addition if the client wants the search process itself to be confidential then our consultant will take all appropriate measures to ensure confidentiality.
After the initial stages of short listing of candidates, we will carry out thorough reference checks to the extent permitted by law and with due respect to the candidate’s privacy.
